Sarah Hyde graduated Cum Laude, from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2021.
During law school, she was a teaching assistant for Professor Scott England’s Elements of Legal
Argumentation, a research assistant for Professors Sarah Steadman and Clifford Villa, and a law
clerk for two local firms. Additionally, Sarah externed with the Honorable Judge Linda Vanzi at
the New Mexico Court of Appeals. She has also conducted research and worked as a policy
analyst for New Mexico Voices for Children. Sarah received the W.K. Kellogg Child and Family
Justice scholarship throughout law school. Publications include: Sarah Hyde, Healthy
Environment, Healthy Mind: Constitutionally Guaranteeing Children the Right to a Healthful
