Amy E. Weingartner

Amy Weingartner joined the firm in 2020.  With over 19 years’ experience in employment, contract and general civil litigation, Amy graduated from the University of New Mexico in 2001 with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Communications.  Amy has been the lead paralegal in several successful trials on behalf of both Plaintiff and Defendants, including the successful defense of multiple employment cases. She has extensive experience in overall case management, preparing complex, document-intensive cases for trial.
