Abigail Pace practices primarily civil and appellate litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Abby clerked for Judge Jay S. Bybee of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and worked for a regional law firm.
Abby graduated from Stanford Law School with high pro bono distinction. During law school, she served as an editor for the Stanford Technology Law Review and on the Board of the Kirkwood Moot Court Competition. Abby also participated in Stanford's Religious Liberty Litigation Clinic and externed for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Nevada.
Abby holds a B.A. from Brigham Young University. Before attending law school, Abby worked as a congressional staffer for the U.S. House of Representatives.
